Online Purchase Guide
Please follow the 3 steps:
- Step 1: At the website haophong.com, select the products you want to buy and then add them to the Cart. During this process you can add, remove products as you like.
- Step 2" After you have completed the Order, you should click View Cart to edit before moving to the Check out step.
- Step 3: Finally, you fill in the information of the Recipient, Phone Number, Contact Email and Notes (if any). You should review it one last time and then press Place Order.
Your order will be sent to us. Based on the information you provide, we will process a Quotation with specific shipping costs and send it back for you to confirm and pay before the goods are shipped.
1. Warranty period
Warranty period is from the date of receipt of goods according to Sales Invoice, Delivery Note or Courier Bill of Lading:
- Phong Thanh Casters, GLOBE Casters and Hand trucks: 03 months
- SUPO Casters and Hand trucks: 06 months
- Phong Thanh Hand truck: 24 months. Warranty note is required.
- Gia Cuong Thinh Casters, Thuan Duc Phat (3P) Casters and Others: No warranty.
2. Warranty conditions
The product is still within the warranty period.
Warranty only for manufacturer defects. For example, due to the quality of input materials or errors in the production process. No warranty for natural wear and tear during product life.
Buyer's faults include but are not limited to failure of installation, overloading, misuse, use in an unsuitable environment, or damage, wear and tear due to failure to properly maintain, service, and repair, etc will not be covered by the warranty.
Damage to products, equipment on the vehicle and damage to people caused by the fault of wheels or trolleys are also not covered by the warranty or compensation.

3. Warranty process
In the process of using the product, if there are problems related to the product, please contact directly to the phone number / Zalo / Email listed on the invoice, delivery note or warranty card.
Based on the information you provide, we will contact you to confirm as well as get more necessary information (pictures, video of defective products and usage environment). We will work with the Quality Control Department of the Manufacturer to propose an appropriate compensate plan.
(*) Specific warranty regulations for Phong Thanh products:
- After receiving warranty claim, Phong Thanh will send staff to check onsite (only for Ho Chi Minh City) or you send the product to Phong Thanh Company (outside Ho Chi Minh City). The respond shall be made within 3-7 working days.
- If determined by the company's fault, the company will exchange the new product for you. If it's your fault, Phong Thanh will advise on how to solve the problem.
4. Warranty location
Warranty service will be performed at Hao Phong or a facility designated by Hao Phong.
The cost of sending goods back for warranty is borne by the Buyer.
Hao Phong bears the cost of the repair and the cost of returning the replacement product.
Hao Phong does not bear the costs arising from the disassembly and re-installation of the product.
1. Returned products must meet the following conditions:
Returns within 07 days from the date of receiving.
Product is unused, undamaged and unboxes. Comes complete with original delivery (box, packaging, and accessories).
The product has not been installed, not rolled, not tested.
There are Sales Invoices, Delivery Vouchers, Zalo chat to prove that customers buy goods from Hao Phong.
Limitations: Unpopular, customized products and orders that required you a deposit in advanced will not be returned if the factory does not agree to re-import the goods. Shipping costs will also not be refunded. An order can only be exchanged for a maximum of 01 (one) time.
2. Return and Exchange Time range
We accept Return and Exchange Products from Mon - Saturday. Please inform in advanced and come no sooner than 10.00 AM.
Note: No return and exchange on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd day of Lunar Calendar.
